This beautiful vacation home is at Eagle Point, Kissimmee, one of the best possible locations for access to Orlando's famous theme parks, attractions and Golf Courses.
Situated in a quiet, child friendly residential area, this stylishly furnished, well equipped 4 bedroom executive pool home provides a peaceful and relaxing setting, yet it's only minutes from Disney World and some of the best restaurants and shops in the area. The villa has a south facing private heated pool with large deck area backing on to a conservation area.
Description
The villa offers fully air-conditioned flexible living space. It comprises of 2 double and 2 twin bedrooms including a master suite, a spacious sitting area, 2 dining areas and a large south facing pool. Our villa is luxuriously equipped to a very high standard throughout to cater for all your likely needs.
It has an open plan ground floor and cathedral ceilings, which add to the spacious feel of the house. It also allows you to have a great view of the pool and deck area. It has a family area around the huge 55-inch cinema style TV and close to the kitchen.
Also there is a formal dining area for when you're in the mood to indulge or entertain. The kitchen area has a breakfast bar and a casual dining table for quick breakfasts and easygoing meals.
The Kitchen itself is as well equipped as you would expect, it is also easy to work in and simple to keep clean. There's a Microwave, electric oven, high capacity dishwasher 2 large fridge-freezers with icemaker plus all the usual kitchen gadgets.
Sleeping arrangements
The villa has four bedrooms, with a King Master ensuite bedroom, which is elegantly furnished, has it's own cable TV and a large walk in closet, and overlooks the conservation area.
There is a queen bedroom also with a TV and two brightly furnished Twin bedrooms.
The two twin rooms are suitable for both adults and children, they have plenty of storage space and like all the other beds in the house feature firm mattresses for a good nights sleep.
Facilities
Large heatable pool fully screened and south facing, Luxury poolside furniture, all towels and linen are provided.
The Lounge and master bedroom have ultra quiet ceiling fans for additional comfort. The bedrooms like the rest of the house are strictly no smoking.
Telephones are available in the kitchen and master bedroom (free calls to North America).
Free high-speed wireless Internet access.
Iron and ironing board with full laundry facilities.
